The Auffenberg's Visit Kansas

Mom, Dad, and Kayla flew in the day after Christmas! We've been having such a good time showing them around places we've come to love here in Kansas City!

And then we took them to the airport and headed back home :/

We're so glad that you guys were able to visit us! We love you and will miss you so much!

December

I've definitely enjoyed having more space to decorate in our house this year.  It's nice to have a mantle, a front porch, a pretty staircase, etc.

November Happenings

Lexie wrote her name for the first time.

I found Aiden like this one day at 5pm while I was cooking dinner! Kindergarten is exhausting!

Wally's mom joined us for Thanksgiving, and we had a great time showing her around the area.  We attended the Mayor's Christmas Tree Lighting in Kansas City on the the 25th.

Halloween Fun

And had pumpkin waffles for dinner! YUM! Halloween is fun!

Fall Fun

On the 18th Lexie and I joined Aiden's class on a field trip to Lamborn Pumpkin Patch, a local farm.  There were lots of activities for the kids, a good time was had by all!
