It's been a great trip! Pretty soon Dad, Erik and Kayla will head back to the States, but my mom will be staying another week or so! Woo hoo!

Grafenwoehr & Pottenstein

We left Paris and arrived back at our house in Graf.  We've had a lot of fun showing everyone around our neighborhood, our base, and local places we frequent.

And she hit a few balls off the tee before calling it a night :)



One day I will miss this beautiful view from our backyard... Bavaria is gorgeous!

Paris

Getting here was quite the adventure.  First we had to take a street car to the train station with all of our luggage, then the train to Paris, then two different Metro stops before we made it to our hotel, which wasn't exactly right next to the Metro station! Wow! Five adults, four kids, luggage, and a double stroller!  It was an adventure getting here, it's hot as all get out, and of course, the hotel's air conditioning is broken! But we're in the City of Lights!

We saw the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, the Arc, Notre Dame, etc.
